Formed in the summer of 2008, Tradewinds came to life based on our founders’ passion for Spanish wine and food. They have a burning desire to not only share such rich and rare specialty items with wine enthusiasts, but to also educate people about the rich and welcoming personality of Spanish wine.
Through our regular and frequent travels throughout the breathtaking countryside and coast of Spain, we have come to select what we know is an impressive collection of Spanish wine and cavas. Seldom would there be more than a few days between our conversations with the winemakers. After spending a great amount of time at each vineyard, not only have we become intimate in their process and product, but the winemakers treat us as family, as we do them. This intimate relationship ensures that we have ready access to new products, vintage information, marketing materials, detailed product and regional information and regular updates on inventory level.

By traveling through remote destinations across Spain and Latin America to find people who are passionate about what they create, we will search for what adds that perfect balance of luxury and value to our clients’ life. We seek items that conjure pleasant experiences such as relaxation and appreciation of life. We want our products to be very accessible, whether it be in one’s home or in a restaurant or café.
