 While the splendid wines from Chañarmuyo Estate, in La Rioja Argentina, have only been in the US since summer, Alfredo Cohen has become no stranger to Washington DC. — Today, he made another stop at D'Vines in Columbia Heights, where he met with scores of customers during a tasting there.
With this being his 2nd trip to DC in the last 3 months, he has been able to visit numerous existing stores, and has been very instrumental in helping Tradewinds foster relationships with some new restaurants and retailers in the Metro DC.
Not only is Alfredo the Commercial Manager for the winery, but he has certainly proven himself as an exemplary Ambassador of the brand. His expert knowledge of the unique terroir, the rich history of the Chañarmuyo Valley, and of the wines themselves, helped him receive fantastic praise by our customers, such as during his visit to Cleveland Park Wine & Spirits during his last visit to DC.
