  • Grapes:Bobal 60% | Cabernet-Sauvignon 40%
  • Aging and Vinification: Each variety was fermented separately: the Bobal was fermented through half-carbonic maceration; and the Cabernet-Sauvignon with cold maceration before the fermentation

Tasting Notes

  • Visual: Dark cherry color with purple hues and very bright.
  • Nose: In the nose it is very clean and has aromas of black berries.
  • Taste: In the mouth, it is very round, fruity, with sweet tannins and a long finish.
