  • Aging and Vinification: Pre-fermentative maceration carried out under low temperature for one week to enhance extraction of aromas

Tasting Notes

  • Visual: A deep red cherry, with a black center and purplish rim.
  • Nose: Varietal notes of wild berries, black ripe plums and red fruit jams in the background.
  • Taste: The tannins are round, sweet, soft and very well balanced. It is persistent and complex with a perfect balance of acidity, alcohol and volume. Aftertaste long and pleasant.
