Er Boquerón Gastro Ale
Er Boquerón is a fresh, blond beer and, above all, easy to drink. Without added gas. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Made according to the Law of German purity of 1516, which decreed that beer could only be made from four basic ingredients: water, barley malt, yeast and hops. Unlike industrial beers, artisanal beer is subjected to double fermentation. Mulit-phase microfiltration, cold sterilization and a highly selective purification system eliminate organic matter, bacteria and other microorganisms without altering the mineral composition or all its richness in trace elements and organic compounds.
